The three-day “Fashion Week 2021” in Arena IMG Worlds of Adventure, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, scheduled from 16-18 December, is creating buzz in the fashion community. Shinning the spotlight on a line-up of local and international designers who have made their collections consciously, the focus is on stirring economic sustainability for the last mile creator.
Curated by global fashion experts, the immersive fashion experience has a line-up of Indian and Middle East designers including House of Ikat, Angelo Estera, Varoin Marwah, Behnoode, Atelier Zuhra, Nivedita Saboo, Rocky S, Victor Closet, Limak by Kamil, Lara Fashion, Muhammad Noman Ansari and Amato by Furne One. The management is dead serious about the business of fashion. Alongside the glamour quotient is a community initiative, ‘Bazaar’, which will display products from local businesses. Astride this will be a talent show, in association with Splash Fashions, where fashion schools will showcase their talent and the top three students will get an invaluable opportunity to present their collections on the ramp.
Kevin Oliver, Director and Producer Fashion Week 2021 explains, “Fashion Week 2021 aims at shining the light on the massive local and regional talent. The designers will be able to showcase their designs in a quality setting, where we take care of their brand positioning with great professionalism and remarkable execution…”
Fashion Week 2021 is also allied with several prolific global brands including Balmain Hair Couture, Splash Fashions, Saoub Saunders, Sprocket Science Films, Percept ME, Rove Hotels, Void The Agency, Victor Magazine, Bobby Sahotra Photography, Food Artist and Molecular Gastronomist Omar Sartawi and Fun Asia Network.
