SUMMARY
The California Institute of the Arts is a private art university located in Valencia, California, founded in 1961. HISTORY

The newly established institution was initially housed in the former Chouinard Art Institute building in downtown Los Angeles, but by 1971, CalArts relocated to its current location in Valencia, California. The new campus was designed by the renowned architect Richard Neutra, offering a modern, spacious environment for the growing school. TOP COURSES
